I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience at this dealership and would not recommend buying a car from here. I visited the dealership and spoke with Noah about pricing, and I was promised to receive a follow-up with updated pricing, which never came. I also showed them the competitor pricing, and despite that, I received a quote from Angel that was still higher than what I was looking for. I was told it could be adjusted, but that would require me to come back in. After coming in again, I was assured by Serafin that I’d receive the revised pricing the same day. Unfortunately, that never happened either. Later, I was told that the manager wasn’t sending out the pricing because another customer was coming in the next day. After that, Angel reached out to check in, and again I mentioned I hadn’t received the original pricing yet. When I finally did get the pricing, both Noah and Angel explained it was due to new tariffs, but that didn’t make sense since I had never received the initial quote to compare it to. When I mentioned this, Angel offered to have the manager honor the original price, but by that point, I was already extremely frustrated. Now, after all this back-and-forth, I’ve been told the pricing is "aggressive" and can’t be honored. The lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, and constant delays have made for a very disappointing experience. I asked Noah to have a manager to reach out regarding the negative experience and to no surprise I never heard back.
I spoke with Salar G about purchasing a platinum extended warranty for our Hyundai santa fe calligraphy, he informed me That we still had 2 1/2 yrs left on or warranty That covers all mechanical and electronics Thank you Sal G. We appreciate you honesty. Sincerely Gabe G.

Just bought a new Palisade from them. Everyone involved in the process was easy to work with from the salesperson to the finance person.
This is our second Hyundai. For whatever reason my wife likes this brand but it has been nothing but trouble for me. Our 2012 Santa Fe engine would shut off for no reason. I took it to their service department and couldn't resolve it. Finally a couple of years later a software upgrade solved that problem and other than the AC issue and battery associated alarm issue, it has been a good car. When I tried to change the factory installed battery the alarm went off and I had to take it to this dealership to resolve, and they did. Why my wife wanted a new Hyundai, was unknown to me but we bought a Venue for her. It came with a few free oil change. The problem is you can not make any reasonable appointment and when you call the service, THEY NEVER ANSWER. Don't bother to leave a message. I have left at least 5 with no return calls. I told my wife, this is the last Hyundai you are getting. I am taking it to the San Jose shop for service. I am hoping they are better..
Don’t waste your time here. I made an appt to see a car so they say they have and when I get there the car is said to be “sold” last night but no one calls and told me. No wonder this place has crappy reviews. Take your business to a more honorable place. If you do go then it’s on you. You been warned
The dealer shop here doesn't keep the promise at all when buying a car. I'll never buy a car here again. I received a detailed service, but it is not a detailed service. It's just a car wash. Dealer said he would put in gas, but he couldn't because the gas station pump he was trading broke down. Is there only one gas station in Gilroy?
Scheduled test drive for a 2023 Tucson hybrid. After driving an hour to get there,we are told that they have a policy of not letting people test drive evs/hybrid they might not purchase. When asked about how we're supposed to decide if this is the car we wanted without driving it, apparently we should just know from research. They don't want to add miles. Then reason shifted to conditions being bad when those same conditions are okay for other vehicles to be test driven. The salesperson who we were supposed to meet was out on a test drive with another customer. Go figure! Called corporate customer service they said no such policy exists. Spent over 2 hours total and didn't get to test drive the vehicle. They needed to be up front when we called to schedule. The previous week too when we'd called to schedule they didn't mention this. The dealership is happy to add 5-6k markups but won't let you test drive unless you're guaranteed to purchase the vehicle that day? Just ridiculous.
Almost didn't visit this dealership because of the low rating on this site. I'm glad we did in the end. After speaking to several other dealerships and experiencing much of the bait and switch scenario, that was not the case here. Laid out what I wanted and what my priority was and surprisingly presented with exactly that. Secured a vehicle and was delivered from another dealership that same day. Rudy, the manager was pleasant and direct. Joey was accommodating and not overbearing or officious in any way. Definitely worth visiting. It also appears as though the staff listed here needs updating and may be a reason for higher ratings on Google Reviews and more recently on this site.
Did my autobutler but they lost my rubbermats.been caliing them. Up to now No responce. Be careful guys. Double your stuff before you leave the premises.
Buying a vehicle is never my idea of fun! But my salesperson, Britni Patterson was a knowledgeable, SPECTACULAR woman to take this journey with. Very different than the usual ‘Salesperson! I never once felt like she was trying to sale me a car. Her intention was for me to find a car that suited me and that I loved. She was only interested in me getting what I wanted, took her time and helped me figure it out by asking the right questions which led me to making the right decision. I really, for once, felt listened to and helped in a way that had to do with me and Not her making a sale! The dealership was very typical of a Dealership Store. Nothing unusual there but the staff was very easy to be with, again not trying to only ‘sell’ or validate their product but make sure I was taken care of. The only other person I really worked with was ‘Moose’, the Contract person. Again, very wonderful, well qualified and personable. I’m very happy overall and actually HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Dealership due to the people. The vehicle I drove away in was the KONA Crossover. But my 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ goes to the one and only Britni Patterson‼️ P.S. the Hyundai KONA is rated #1 in Sub Compact SUV by the US News. And I LOVE IT‼️ For once I’m very happy not just because of the car but because of my experience via Britni.
This is probably the worst time in history to buy a new (or used) car. Anyone who has been in the market can tell you that. Due to limited inventory, dealers have all of the leverage, and they know it. Some will abuse that leverage, others will not. In my case Hyundai of Gilroy came through by finding us an Ioniq 5 after the one I'd placed a deposit on was mistakenly sold to someone else. Robert (Sales) and Chay (Internet Sales Manager) worked hard to find us another car in this tight market- Robert personally delivered the vehicle and spent a lot of time going over its functions with my wife and me. We love the Ioniq 5 so far, and look forward to many years of enjoyment.
Really bad bait and switch on the price of a vehicle. Was told one price and was told to come in and reserve it and then when it came in they added another $5000. The sales rep was unattentive and did not really care. He could not explain any of the features on the car. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They were also to busy to answer text messages and return a call.
Not sure why the folks at this dealership don't answer the phone or return calls. I've had a few questions I wanted answered about buying an extended warranty and after a month of trying to get a hold of someone, I gave up. I have been dissatisfied with the customers service for a bit and am over it. Additionally, I am not happy about how my car is handled when in their care for basic maintenance. I've had too many issues that I shouldn't have had to deal with. At this point all I can say is I don't recommend this company. I walked away feeling like they didn't want my business and don't care that I'm unsatisfied.
