This is probably the worst time in history to buy a new (or used) car. Anyone who has been in the market can tell you that. Due to limited inventory, dealers have all of the leverage, and they know it. Some will abuse that leverage, others will not. In my case Hyundai of Gilroy came through by finding us an Ioniq 5 after the one I'd placed a deposit on was mistakenly sold to someone else. All the bad reviews are meant for the previous owner. Current staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. I traded in my old car, got a great deal, spent less than 2 hours at this dealership, drove my dream car home, very happy!!!
